We have two updates for CheerLights: a file that explains CheerLights to AI agents, and a refreshed API reference.

llms.txt for AI Agents
CheerLights now has an llms.txt. It is a plain-text summary of everything an AI assistant or agent needs to work with CheerLights: where to read the current color, the MQTT broker and topics, the eleven colors and their HEX values, and links to the code. Point your agent at cheerlights.com/llms.txt before you start a CheerLights project together.
A Refreshed API Reference
The Learn page is the CheerLights API reference, and we brought it up to date. The color is set by anyone on the CheerLights Discord, the ThingSpeak links use HTTPS, and every MQTT topic on mqtt.cheerlights.com is listed with what it carries:
- color, colour, and cheerlights: the color name
- hex, wled/col, wled/color/set, and cheerlightsRGB: the HEX color value
Pick the next color on the CheerLights Discord and watch the lights change around the world.
